Designed by educators and specialists, Little Dalton classrooms are set up and regularly modified to ensure they are optimal spaces to meet learning objectives in.
Classrooms are a representation of the students and their interests and not every classroom will follow a template. Students may be arranged to sit in rows or small groups in their spacious classroom setting one day, or may be set up outside to explore a particular aspect of a unit of inquiry on another. For maximum engagement and to ensure students’ whole development there are many other facilities created for our students to explore outside of their home classrooms. These include:

The Dalton Plan
The Dalton Plan is based on Parkhurst’s strong belief that whenever children are given responsibility for their learning, they instinctively seek the best way of achieving it and execute their decisions with focus and diligence, leading to success.
